Policies
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day prior to its scheduled start time.
No Show Policy:
If you fail to notify us of your appointment cancellation, resulting in a no-show, you will be required to pay the no-show fee (50% of your appointment fee). Failure to pay the fee will result in a block of your account, and you will be unable to book further appointments until the payment is made.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on product purchases or services.
If there is an issue with your service, please let us know within 5 days of your service, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
